1 star is way too good for Debenhams. Placed an order on 17th April money was deduced from my account, now 9th May still no products - customer services are useless, no help whatsoever, advised my order didn't go through yet they still took my money and I provided a screenshot confirming they had received my order. Absolutely incompetent from Starr to finish. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Would leave 0 stars if i could. Awful experience and i will never be shopping with them again and advising everyone to avoid. I ordered some expensive make up with next day delivery, what arrived was a black marker pen. I was told they would not replace until i returned the marker pen and sent them proof i had returned it. I did this and was told they would send more next day delivery. Next day still didnt arrive. Finally arrived nearly week after original order. This is bad enough but what has frustrated me so much is the horrific customer service, i have never experienced such poor communication, they ivnore what you write in your messages, reply with generic message that do not relate to what you are saying. Show no empaty or understanding in replies and it is making me so frustrated that i keep being ignored. Used to love debenhams but the poor experience with receiving my goods and the awful service means no more.
Dont buy from debenhams, if you get unlucky with whatever you order, getting your moneyback is hopeless, worst customer service, don’t bother emailing you don’t get any answer
