This is a new shop,well laid out and covers loads of household,pets and garden requirements but The Cafe is awful. The cafe is being run by compass and is very much like a poor staff canteen. I made allowances for the fact that the staff are new but the guy operating the till and taking orders locked it and walked away when i reached the till he then proceeded to shout orders at everyone and dissapeared out the back.eventually a young lady arrived took my drink orders but would not take my food orders. Then another young lady arrived took my food order. All very distressing for the ten people waiting behind me. Will try again in 6 months time.

This has to be the worst Range store I've ever been in.
It's under a week old and it's suffering already. There are snagging issues that should have been sorted before being opened, like card machines that don't work because there's no phone signal to inept rude staff. The res a managers office in the middle of the upstairs floor directly opposite the lift that is a mess.
The toilets are already nasty with hair on the walls and dust everywhere.
The cafe fails to do food and drinks properly.
And every concern you have is met with "well, we are a new store these things happen," From staff.
I added a star because it looks nice.

Very pleased with layout 
Your staff are very helpful and polite.
Love having this Store closer to us 
Your restaurant side was a bit disorganised 
But staff were very good trying to get the food out and being so apologetic when I think the behind the scenes were a little out of their depth.
But over all I think this will sort itself out .considering you have not been open very long .wishing you all the best

Yay we finally have a range near us :) love this store. Huge selection on homeware from cutlery to garden furniture,pet food,plants, and a huge arts & crafts section. Ample parking, cafe and customer toilet's. We did have a problem finding the elevator to go upstairs as it's tucked away up the back near the net curtains if your planning on visiting ;) I would like to see the stock change from time to time because in all the years I've visited the Range it's had the exact same goods.

Has a very nice welcoming feeling, unlike the ipswich store the staff at bury are more than helpful, could do with more parking, but overall the store is lovely, i will be a regular customer
