Not wheelchair friendly at all ..but gud variety of bargains ...expected this day n age to be able to shop on upper floor has a wheelchair user ..staff willing to get you stuff but only if u know wot u want..u can't browse urself .

We have ordered a dash cam on 19 04 16 not arrived 28 04 16 after 3 phone calls of very little help still no camera .Do not rely on there service if wanting some thing to arrive on promised date was told 2/3 days wanted it for trip in monday 2nd still hopeing . We! were told we should enquire at our local post office .

There is nothing wrong with the items on sale, but & herein lies the crux of the problem, is that if you are disabled or have difficulty with stairs then your stumped. There is no lift to the first floor if you want to peruse the items up there. The only plus side to that is IF you know EXACTLY what your looking for, a member or staff will fetch one for you, but if you want to look around, forget it.
