Other than being somewhat pricey this is a great venue. Plenty of variety on the menu, there were 12 of us (including 3 children and a baby) and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff were very friendly and attentive even though it was extremely busy (Mothers's Day lunchtime. ) There's also a pleasant outdoor seating area for the better weather days.

Very nice place to visit set in a very quaint little village, lovely decor and very nice just for a pint. Ordered the roast chicken with pearl rice  (nearly £13 !) It came and I thought it was a dish for my 8yo daughter as it was that small! Good job I'd had a starter beforehand, told the management/head Waiter and he couldn't have been less bothered! Not good service ! Waitress was lovely tho. 
Probably would go again but wouldn't order that meal again.

Food very nice, took approx 40 mins to come once ordered, but there was 4 of us & it was a busy Saturday evening. 

Nice interior decor and homely atmosphere. Is quite hot and stuffy inside, they could do with some sort of air conditioning or opening windows. But not too much of an issue unless you find you are sensitive to this sort of thing.

I did ask for no salad on my meal but it did come with it anyway, that's not too bad, just a waste if you ask me.

Used to be great but now always full and loud. 
Probably nice throughout the day. 
Food is hit or miss, some things are divine and some leave a bad taste - literally. 
They change the menu so much I feel like I'm going into a time warp whenever I walk in.

Just popped in for a couple of beers, good selection of ales and other drinks, nice atmosphere friendly staff, lovely surroundings and building.
