Great venue and amazing family-run team with fantastic customer-care skills. I've heard of people losing phones and valuables and having them returned! Couldn't wish to meet a more friendly, honest bunch of people who will rally round to help if you've an issue that needs resolving. A highly recommended and reputable outfit. I can only say a very big thank you to Sally, Paddy and all the team.

The manager. (owner) was extremely rude with me only because I was wearing a hoody. Although there was no sign that they don't allows hoodies. He said that I'm not allowed to be in the club with a hoody, but this happened after we paid our entry, clock room and drinks. He didn't gave me an explanation why. Although inside the club there was at least another 10 people with hoods. Thanks to the girls from the reception he didn't kick us out. But after this attitude there was no need to do so. I felt unwanted and a bit humiliated so we left very quickly after that. Thanks to the bar across the road ( Voodoo) my mood was back to normal.

Disgusting place. Disgraceful staff and abusive, violent doorman. I got chucked out and got back hander across the face by a male bouncer for asking a male bouncer why he was standing outside my toilet cubicle when I came out. (Politely might I add). Absolutely disgusting place. After that incident I heard that the doormen assault people all the time including women

Great local club with good history of entertaining the people of Warrington My granddad use to tell me stories of him going the when it was the Palace Hippodrome, amazing to think I go each weekend and do all those crazy things my granddad did. Love the place to be honest,

08.02.2014 Dj did kinddddd of good job. Wasnt tha pop as many times before. Hint: go to Venue in St Helens, Chambers in Runcorn. Average clubs but the music and DeeJays seriously rock. You will definetyly habe a good times there. Bowing to the DeeJays. In showbar security doesnt know what they are doing (I am security myself). Club is OVERCROWDED beyound imagination. If there was inspection on a spoken day it woud be shut! permamently. Something to think about. Stop picking your nose. Put counters in a place. Increase prices and do more exclusive as long as you get a new DeeJay. So far worst club ever (Choosing from amsterdam dusseldorf poznan liverpool manchester st helens birkenhead runcorn ) Greetings (my personal opinion take it or leave it)
