Nice ambiance as the resident musicians playing wonderful Christmas cheers while we enjoyed our high tea. Food was fine...One star minus as the waiter forgot to serve us tea! It’s quite filling so if you have party of two, you could just order one set to share. One portion of every kind could be just enough.
We've visited Bath on many occasions previously but in the past have never been able to gain entry to the Pump Room Restaurant due to the hordes of visitors to the city at Christmas market time, this year was a joy. The restaurant is elegant and very special. A magical experience.
Fantastic afternoon tea here last week - we'd had a bit of a stressful journey getting to Bath, but James and his team put us at ease right away. Food itself was fantastic too, and the decor and atmosphere in the dining room itself was just perfect. Definitely worth a visit!
Had afternoon tea here with the family! A really lovely experience, the teas were lovely, and the accompanying scones, prawn cocktail, smoked salmon, Welsh rarebit + lots more we're beautiful. The decor was grand and the service and classical music entertainment was top notch! Highly recommended!
Went here for afternoon tea, food was very tasty, nice formal but chilled atmosphere, beautiful setting. Only thing that could have been better was the limited tea selection.

Treading in the footsteps of Jane Austen, enjoy a traditional tea at the iconic Pump Room with a glass of prosecco, listening to the Pump Room Trio . Not cheap but very nice. Has to be done.
A great experience for a 1st visit to UK from USA. The decor was superb, food was great! Quiet an experience!
