Excellent Customer Service. It’s Customer service that brings a paying customer back. Going that extra mile to make sure the paying/visiting customer walks out happy. Very impressed, I recommend highly to all to visit this store with your questions and needs, you will not be disappointed. 5* from me. But please do Avoid the Chipping Norton Branch for they are the worst thing going for the Jewson chain of stores.

Popped in Saturday morning to pick up some skirting . Very helpful staff member called matt in the timber shed , brillant service .

Spoken to like a child. No need for a tone like that when I was just calling on Friday after requesting a tool hire for the weekend on a Thursday- as I hadn't heard back from them and needed to know if I could get one for Saturday. The manner was disgusting. Going elsewhere. Absolutely no need for it.

Been in a couple of times over the last month, staff friendly and helpful, Had a couple of crates of patio slabs delivered this morning, deliver driver very friendly and helpful, will be going back again when we need more supplies

I've been everywhere trying to find a piece of skirting to match and couldn't find it anywhere. John in your builders yard found me something nearly identical, with a small amount of planing it will be perfect. He even let me see if it would fit in my car before buying.  I'll be coming back to you next time before I go anywhere else... Please pass on my thanks to John for some amazing customer service!

Went in to ask about hiring a pump. Spoken to like I was a complete waste of space ans a piece of dirt. Tried to ask a few follow up questions and just shut down. Customer service seems alien. Would give zero if I could

So I ordered lots of stuff for a kitchen extension and was told to move the stuff in myself because the guy couldn't be bothered to move it himself as he doesn't have the right equipment to deliver... Don't order from these people. You'll end up breaking your back bringing bricks and sand into your garden
