Having experienced issues with another estate agent, I decided to contact The Property Shop in South Elmsall. Later that same day, Reece came to my address to look at the property and obtain some further details. Reece was totally upfront with me and discussed our options. As soon as I gave them the go ahead to sell my property they were all over it. The photographer came out and the quality of his work was excellent. It was then advertised on all the major websites. Within days we had several viewings lined up. Within a couple of weeks my property has sold STC. The team at South Elmsall have been excellent and Reece's service was exemplary. No matter the time, he was always on hand to answer my calls and put my mind at ease. He was totally honest throughout the process and clearly knows what he's doing. I'd happily use The Property Shop again. Thank you
Great local knowledge and prompt old fashioned service. Stephen and his team couldn't do enough to help us with the house sale. From going on the market to sale agreed was less than a week. Then they supported the process through to completion, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely use them again.
TPS offered us a professional and friendly service from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the off and everything was explained clearly and concisely. The advertisement of our property was done impeccably well and ensured lots of interest was generated which in turn secured viewings and offers. The video tour and 3D tour of the property were brilliant extra touches which we know don’t come as standard with other estate agents. Stephen did the viewings for our house which was perfect as it meant we could continue family and work life as normal without having to worry about showing people around our house. We were easily able to trust Stephen and knew that our house would be showcased to its full potential. Reece did a fantastic job of dealing with offers - ensuring we got the best price for our property and helping to make sure things ran smoothly. Matty was prompt in arranging our ‘for sale’ sign and made sure it was in the most visible position. This was promptly changed to sold at the appropriate time. The whole team at TPS have been exceptional and we would therefore highly recommend them to all. We would certainly use TPS again and can’t sing their praises highly enough! Thank you team TPS
TPS have been my estate agent for a rental property for just over 6 months. They found me an outstanding tenant who has paid upfront for 12 months, has improved the home and really looked after it. Not only that but I got some great advice from Reece and after our chat agreed to sell this property. It was live on Rightmove within 24 hours and within 1 hour I had 2 viewings. Fast forward 24 hours and I now have 7 viewings all booked in and pre-qualified no time wasters!. Reece then went above and beyond when speaking with the current tenant to offer him reassurance that whilst I was selling the property, he would still be a much-appreciated tenant and Reece reassured him that they would find him a similar property in the same area and that the current tenancy still remained. The tenant was happy, I am happy and hopefully we get a sale in the coming days/weeks. I have sold a couple of houses in the past but the advice, speediness and service from TPS has been outstanding and I would highly recommend TPS to any of my network.
