What started out as a good move in managing several commercial properties rapidly turned into chaos and turmoil with a lack of communication from them and paperwork and documentation that was unclear and confusing, it became necessary to seek an alternative property management company that could cope, failure to arrange and enforce lease conditions were a common problem at virtually every property, rent collection was appalling and constantly falling into arrears yet no action from C.H.Hurst to remedy this, it became clear that the company and Andrew were out of their depth and lacked the skills to be professional at property management, steer well clear of this company!
