Priory Care Home is a wonderful care home. My Mum was lucky enough to be given a place there after being fast tracked for CHC from hospital. Katie the manager couldn't have been more helpful in showing us around the home on a video call. Sadly Mum was only there for a few weeks before passing away.nKatie and all the staff couldn't have been more caring to Mum and us as a family, their level of kindness, compassion and patience was exemplary. I only wish Mum could have got to spend longer there as she would have been very happy.
Both mum and dad are at the Priory.The home is warm and welcoming with excellent facilities.All the staff are caring and supportive and nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to Katie the Home Manager who helped us through a difficult time. Mum and dad are settled and our family are reassured they are being taken care of well.
I attend The Priory on a very regular basis delivering Motivation sessions, one-hour talks and musical concerts. I have always found the home to be very welcoming and the staff show great care and understanding. It is always a pleasure to visit. David Knowles.
My Dad has been at the priory for the past 3 or 4 months and we are so happy with the care he has been given here. The staff and manager are excellent and they all give from their hearts with sincerity and kindness to all the residents. It brings peace and comfort to our hearts to know that our beloved father is being cared for in a safe place that is doing its upmost for those in need of care. I would highly recommend the priory. Just walk in the door and you will get a sense of the place. Thank you to everyone here for making a difference.
My mum has been a resident at the priory care home for the past 2 years. The dedicated staff lead by the home manager Katie have provided loving care throughout my mum's stay. My mum's prognosis was less than a year, the family believe the friendly safe environment and not forgetting the various activities on offer contributed to her wellbeing and health. The family have received great support from the home which is very helpful and much appreciated.
