I joined the home in Aug 2022 as their Customer Relations Manager. I have worked within the care sector for just under 5 years now and I have to say that not only is Claridge Place a beautiful presented home but the team here are amazing! The Care team, Domestic, Maintenance, Wellbeing and kitchen team work incredibly hard and show great pride in their work, they have genuine friendships with the residents. The Home Manager James Morris and the Deputy Manager, Dale Cole work hard to maintain a high standard, they have worked hard to bring a great team together and are never afraid to get their hands dirty and get stuck in. The residents are happy, have a great social life and have their care needs met to a high standard. I feel proud to work for Claridge Place and I feel proud to showcase it to prospective families!
Since joining the team at Claridge 5 months ago I have felt very welcomed, which can be attributed to the friendly and supportive environment created by both staff and residents. I am constantly learning in my care role thanks to ongoing training and support from team leaders and management. Our team really puts the residents first to ensure they receive the best possible care and we do everything we can to meet their needs. In terms of the actual home, it really is luxurious and so beautiful, I would definitely recommend this stellar home to anyone
Claridge Place is the best place to work, here you discover new skills, discover new people, but what I liked the most is the support I received from the managers and the company, which gives us a lot of confidence and helps us to be up to date with the most updated trainings without which you cannot work in such a sensitive field. I thank the company and the managers for offering me the unique chance to be part of this wonderful team
*Highly recommended care home. *nnI have recently joined Claridge place as a Care Assistant. Overall, the care home has an amazing ambience with great facilities for the residents. The care home is modern and clean. The residents receive five star care, and the management run the care home outstandingly. The training I received was really good and informative and the management are very approachable and professional. I would definitely recommend Claridge place to any prospective residents as the care given at the care home is five stars. I’m very glad to have joined this care home where I feel I can excel in providing the best care to the residents.
I have been working at claridge place just over 3 months now. And for my first ever care job it is safe to say it is a wonderful home, every member off staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful and still are if I feel like I'm struggling with something!nThe care provided at this home is the best I have ever seen, every team member goes above and beyond with the care they provide. Activities for the residents are on everyday. Claridge place is an ever growing family with residents and members off staff and I am proud to say I am apart off it!
