A rare example of a great back-street boozer otherwise all but lost in a sea of Big Chain over-priced gastro and theme pubs with their over-priced poncey crisps and *urban* street food - yawn. Friendly staff and locals bring a lively atmosphere. A good selection of ales with Harvey's Best on as the regular. And a good choice of euro-fizz largers for the kids too. Have tried some really good and hard-to-find guest beers with prices the cheapest around for miles. Defo' worth a visit.
