A solid 6/10. A good poutine but most likely will not come back. The main reason is mostly the price. WAY to expensive for what you get. The gravy tasted great a bit thin tbh and the curds melted pretty fast. The fries were too undercooked for my liking, they were freshly made but still soggy and that killed it for me. Very friendly staff, but the first table we sat at had sticky seats and table ans moved to the higher bar like table.
There was 5 of us and only a small error, everything else was perfect, that's really good, there was a lot of food. Great service, the employee said they'd replace the error, but it was such a small issue that it was no problem. I asked for a cup to remove the error and the employee kindly gave me one. One person from my group says they could live here, someone else says it was the best price they've ever had and that the perogies are delicious. It was an enjoyable experience overall.
I have wanted to come to a Smoke’s Poutinerie for many years. I finally found the time, the place and the urge all at the same time. I totally lucked out because Zaid was at the counter and helped me make an impossible decision of which one to choose. We decided on Chicken Bacon Ranch and it’s FRIGGIN AMAZING!!! If you haven’t tried this place yet, GO NOW! lol! Seriously!! Thanks Zaid!! I’ll see you again soon, I’ll be bringing friends!!
My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and it is completely raw in the middle. Look out for food poisoning here. Clearly food protocols are not followed.Food: 1/5
The food was delicious and the service friendly and prompt. Well worth the detour on our way to Stratford. Vegetarian options: Really good range of vegetarian poutines!
I try to get food from here, and always they manage to mess up the food by randomly adding onions to it. Even on their website, it doesn't say what I'm ordering has onions!Food: 1/5

Ok food but please put more gravy! People ordering behind us asked for more gravy and had to pay. Also, very young boy/child needs customer service training.Food: 4/5
One of the best poutines I've ever had. The vegetarian gravy has mushrooms in it which throws it over the top. Then add bacon. So good! And the lady working was so nice! Turned the music up for my son and gave him a free juice. If your reading this,Thank you so much ,Always a must when coming to london!Food: 5/5
Smokes was great. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. They greeted us as we walked in, asked us how are food was with genuine interest. The food was great. As a fan of Poutine, I recommend this particular Smokes Poutine location.
