Amazing variety of tapas dishes to meet all sorts of requirements. The dishes were all freshly made and really flavourful. Great hospitality from the staffs and the service was prompt. Some of my favourites were the Croquetas, duck leg, green peppers! There is still a variety of dishes I have yet to try but my 1st experience has been amazing and I would definitely return. I’ve added a copy of the Menu for anyone who wishes to have a browse. A must try tapas place in Dublin.
Lovely little place in the heart of Dublin City located in Temple Bar nice inside and out. Helpful friendly staff with fast service. They have a big range of tapas dishes I've been here a few times and it's the same for all the Port Houses, I love to try a different range of dishes every time and I haven't had a bad dish. So far so good every thing is well served and very tasty. Good selection of wine you'll be well looked after. I'll be back for sure it's delicious you won't be disappointed.
I love this place! It’s such a cute and cosy restaurant with amazing tapas and wine. Every time I visit this place, I am not disappointed. The food portions are quite good although they are small plates and the price is so cheap! The drinks are amazing and the staff are so friendly. The ambience is cosy and relaxed with dim lights if you sit downstairs and candles etc. There a few other branches of the port house in Dublin but I definitely like this one the most!
Fantastic food and very attentive service! We’ve tried many different tapas, including vegetarian, fish and meat. Really good options and the presentation is gorgeous. We will definitely be back to try more :
One of my favourite places to go with the girl-pals. Sangria+ Lunch/dinner, under the skylight or underground cave = have always walked out happy and satisfied. Good Tapas variety and reasonable portions.Busy place, table reservation suggested to avoid disappointment. Amiable staff, wonderful service.
The food here was really good. There’s a nice atmosphere in the restaurant and the lighting makes it very cosy. Unfortunately, I can only give three stars for the following reason. Our waiter asked us if we would like to see the dessert menu, to which we said yes. We then ordered dessert. Half way through our dessert, the waiter came over to tell us that there was another booking for the table we were sitting at and that they needed the table back. She proceeded to gesture with her hands that we needed to hurry up and asked us could she bring us the bill. The bill was brought over rapidly. We finished our dessert and paid the bill, all through a very pressurising process. However, we still had a glass of wine left to drink. The manager came over and told us he needed the table. We asked if he could do something about the drinks to which he immediately said no. We then requested at least a takeaway cup seeing as we had paid for the drink. He also said no and didn’t even seem apologetic in any way. He then said we could go upstairs and stand at the bar. That was fine. When we got up there, the bar was full. We waited and then a small area cleared which he said we could stand. A few minutes later he came over and told us to move to another area as we were apparently blocking staff. This whole scenario just really put a dampener on our experience. It was such a shame as we were really enjoying our night until we were rushed out of the place. It’s disgraceful that they let us order dessert before telling us about the time limit on the table? Had our waiter let us know that they needed the table back at a certain time before letting us order dessert, I would have had no problem. However it is totally greedy and ignorant to allow us order dessert and then tell us to hurry up once it’s been put on the table. They really need to put more effort into their customer experience and communicate clearly and early on if they require a table back at a certain time.
The place is so amazing, from the restaurant itself, the brilliant friendliest staff ever you can see on one of the most busiest restaurant around Dublin, enormous menu to choose from which are all delicious. I highly recommended.
Very nice and cozy atmosphere in the city. The tapas were good just missing off the kick in taste but thats completely fine. I don’t know what it was about the service but our waitress had a really really bad day it seems. Not happy about that .. anyway otherwise a nice place to go !

Stumbled across the restaurant while walking through Temple Bar and it was an excellent find. We had selection of tapas and the food was wonderful. Washed down with a delightful Spanish Rosé. The service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant has a nice relaxing vibe and the decor adds to the positive ambiance.
