Welcome to the Port Arcades Shopping Centre in Ellesmere Port. Located right at the heart of the town with excellent transportation links and ample single level parking, the Centre is home to a wide range of national and local retailers all offering consistent value to our customers.

With many great names including New Look, Wilkinsons, Peacocks, Argos, Boots, Home Bargains, an Asda Supercentre and a fully covered Market you will find everything from fashion to furniture, beauty to books and health to hair cuts.

We are open 7 days a week and look forward to your visit here. Our Facebook page is open 24/7 but we only respond to posts Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.00pm.

Going down hill , seems to be mostly budget shops or phone shops, the parking charge hasn't helped short sighted by the council where else do you have to pay to shop at asda or aldi? It would be different if you were getting a Premier shopping experience but here is just plain ordinary. I like to promote my area but in this case I'd be lying.
This came as a suprise, as hadn't visited for a number of years. Wide selection of shops with an indoor market an superstore on site. Great for poddling about. Will be going back . Would recommend.
What has happened, Port Arcade terrible shops closing down, empty units, parking charges for what. Not worth a visit, no wonder Bromborough always busy, no parking fees and loads of shops
Unfortunately like many precincts these days there are a lot of closed down units but together with the market and several large retailers still well worth a visit.
Nice shopping centre with a good sized market attached. Good range of shops. Brightly lit and pleasant environment. Was only passing through but was impressed. Will update review when I next visit. Following additional visit... Arcade is decent with shops ranging from peacocks, to boots, to shoezone. Caters to most needs and wants I would think. Additionally there is a market attached with all kinds of stalls. Mobile phone to sewing to clothing. Good size too. A central food area is also available with about 6-8 outlets of you fancy a rest stop.
The sign to it says the port's the place. If a stranger went there they'd be sadly disappointed. Empty shops , and sad looking. Would take those signs down till they make it more appealing.
Much better than the last time l was there. The empty shops are filling up & it feels much more lively now.
Christmas Post office was a brilliant idea and even gave you a free photo of the kids as well as activities for the kids they all loved it
It's OK But every time I visit, another shop closes down. Council don't care if the whole place shuts down.
Charity shops, pound shops and closed down shops, it used to be a busy place but apparently the business rates etc have killed it off. the local council must think its as busy as Cheshire oaks. It's not
