What a great little spot to relax and unwind. Great food and lovely staff, just a short walk from the beach and some delightful woodland walks with waterfalls nearby. Well worth going to and experiencing, I am definitely going to go back and enjoy more of what they have to offer on the menu. We only stopped for a sandwich and a coffee, but I'm keen to try more. It is in a National Trust car park that does come with a hefty price tag £5 at the time of writing! but if you are an NT member I believe it's free.
What a hidden gem! Brilliant service so friendly and food was top notch! We had cake Malted Apple and coffee on arrival before heading down to the beach for a walk. Upon return we had lunch of squash soup vegan and beef cawl not - absolutely perfect on a windy autumn day. Would very much recommend. Vegetarian options: Vegan soup & veggie baguettes available. Cake options also. Parking: National Trust parking. Free for members, £5.00 all day for non-members
Parked here at the National Trust car park for a visit to Penbryn Beach and decided to stop for a little treat. Café closed at 16:00 it is February and we arrived at 15:00 so went first. Just over £20 for two coffees, luxury hot chocolate, and three cakes not all for me. All the cakes are displayed as home made using locally sourced ingredients, which is nice. As were the cakes! We all had different cakes and they all were lovely. Being mid February, it wasn’t that busy, but there was a steady stream of people. The staff there were friendly and polite and we were made to feel welcome. As mentioned, there is parking and there are also public facilities. The dog was welcome too. The beach is a few minutes walk, all downhill but the return journey is therefore uphill and may not be suitable for all. you can drive down, but it’s a drop off only, no parking. The beach is picturesque, some pebbles but mostly sandy. Superb way to pass some time.
Beautiful cafe with lots of delicious cakes. Plenty of savoury options too. A short walk up from the beach so definitely worth a visit.
Well tucked away but well worth the visit lovely food, friendly service, great menu! Genuinely can't fault it one bit.... The only place I've been that serves still water in cans. Ruth Jones from 'Gavin & Stacey' was having some lunch there which added to the whole experience. Decent parking £5 cash only 5 min walk to a beautiful beach
Varied menu and friendly staff. Was pretty busy when we visited but to be expected at the height of the season. Food stops at 4pm. Good teas and coffees/selection of soft drinks. Vegetarian options: Mozerella and pesto panini Parking: Pretty big car park with big overspill just down on the right field Wheelchair accessibility: Can get a wheelchair in and around cafe
A wonderful little cafe tucked away out of view from the road. We discovered this little gem on the way down to Penbryn beach on our bikes. An excellent place for taking a break before the cycle back up the hill to St Michael’s church. The staff are lovely, great food & lovely cakes. I’d say this is the home to the best sausage rolls in the World! We were lucky to get the last of the caramelised onion and pork sausage rolls - truly amazing.
What a lovely place! Peaceful area, welcoming staff and food is so delicious! Had a Baguette an a tasty piece of rasberry cake. Coffee excellent as well! Highly recommended, well worth a visit!
Stopped off here after a walk down to the lovely beach. A nice quaint cafe with great food options. The sausage roll here is AMAZING miles ahead of the usual bland affair, highly recommend!
Lovely homely little cafe. Cakes were fresh and tasty and coffee was very good. Staff friendly and hospitable.Food: 5/5
