We ordered a pizza at 4pm and they said it would be 45 minutes. Called at 5:30 to check the status, they said the driver was on his way. Called AGAIN at 6:15, and were told the driver couldn't find our house which we weren't informed of and weren't offered so much as an apology. The guy showed up to deliver the pizza at about 6:20 we said we wouldn't be paying due to the wait, so he just walked out the gate and said he needed to make a call and didn't come back. We won't be wasting our time with this place again.
I have travelled the world, looking for great pizza was more difficult as I untisipated, I missed the one I use to have back home. As I requested my pizza to be made the way I wanted from this small town ‘Pizza Planet’ shop I was pleasantly surprised as I got everything I wanted and more!! I have also tried their new homemade burger to go. Thank you Wooton and hope to be back soon!
Couple of visits recently have been disappointing, still good Pizza but quality has definitely gone downhill in the last 6 months combine this with the recent massive price hikes they have now pricing themselves out the market. The pizzas are good but not that good. I will return when prices are something like value for money. Sad the Pizzas were really very good.
When u pay £28 for 2 burnt pizzas and chips I wouldn't quite say its value for money! Rude delivery driver as well, couldn't find our address and decided to try and start an argument with us even though he had clear directions over the phone!
Prices are way over what they should be. Had a few deliveries where the pizza has been crushed to the side. One star food hygiene. Untill this massively improves, im taking my business elsewhere and i suggest you do too.
My order was confused due to many similar orders coming in at same time. Due to confusion manager apologised and offered me a free pizza. Great customer service!
I ordered a PREMIUM chicken burger with cheese the chicken had lots and lots of grissly bits of fat in and I had to throw it away it was making me feel sick, very disappointed but the chips were nice I suppose.
Excellent service every time. They know my kids names off by heart and the boys can't wait for pizza night.
if I could put a zero I would off . had pizza delivered last night , arrived cold , can tell under new management pizza prices has shot up in price and the meal deals are not as good as before ...... wont be ordering again
Pizza and food all fine but it took 1 hour and a half to come, arriving 40 minutes late. It's not on really.
