Service was excellent. The food was excellent. Reasonable prices. 10 minute walk from the town centre which is lovely. The only suggestion I have is the superior room TV could be a bit bigger apart from that it was a very nice stay!

Booked with a well known tour company , it's comfortable even though it's a little dated. For what you pay it's never going to be the Ritz and certain areas need attention but for overall value it's almost unbeatable. The pool area and facilities were included in the price too. The staff were fantastic , special mention to Frank who was brilliant throughout the stay. We'll be booking again next year.

Was going to give this place a good review. Have come for christmas. Whole holiday ruined by rudeness & appalling attitude of guy who seems to be in charge of restaurant. We had been ignored while all other tables served for a second night in succession, when we asked to be served he was most rude & told us more or less to like it or lump it. Not a good attitude & changed our previous good impression of this hotel! Was it because we were a table of women only? Certainly felt that way as he was pleasant to male customers who were served quickly. No place for such an attitude these days.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, quiet location, great food and reasonably full. The hotel is sited above Pitlochry which is a quaint picturesque town. The walk down to the town is easy, particularly if you use the footpath with its steps to the side of the hotel. The walk back may require partaking of some fortifying sustenance from one of the local hostelry's in the town. That is if you've managed to leave room after the really good meals provided by the hotel. We would definitely revisit this fine establishment which is a credit to its staff.

Enjoyed stay at hotel. The staff were friendly and the meals adequate. The pool and gym a plus. The only gripe is the water pressure in the bathroom. The shower was practically useless and to fill the bath with enough water, say 5 or 6 inches of water took for ever. We were on the second floor.
