Lovely dining experience, the food is good, the staff are courteous and friendly, the premises are nicely decorated and clean. Tables are large and well spaced out, it is great to go somewhere and not be crammed in elbow to elbow. Good selection of dishes offered, Banquet night is really good value. Prices are good as are the portion sizes. We will be visiting regularly as this restaurant is really good value for money
Ordered at 7pm due to us at 8.15. Rang @8.20 was told sorry they’re busy will be 15 minutes. It’s now 9.30pm. No food. Phone has been left off the hook have been trying since half past 8. Horrible service. Ruined our evening. If your too busy tell the customer you cannot fulfil order so they can eat else where. Truly horrible experience. Will never use again! And will tell all our friends in Essex to avoid at all costs
***GENUINE REVIEW*** Raj at pink spice has gone above and beyond this evening. After being charged £40 elsewhere for two curries, one rice and some poppadoms, which we felt was overpriced, we called pink spice for a comparison and Raj offered us this and more for £23 so we cancelled the other order. So glad we did, the food was amazing and they threw in 2 complimentary Budweisers on the house. Amazing service and delicious food, we're definitely ordering from here again!
Ordered a takeaway via their website on the 26th. Paid almost £30 and it was never delivered. No one answering phone or messages so try to claim money back through the bank. Pink spice have since claimed the funds. Thieves! Liars! And a despicable way to run a business. Still waiting for my refund!
Our order turned up late and we were overcharged for the late and cold food by around £15. The restaurant refused to discuss how badly they overcharged and had overall terrible customer service. There are far better establishments to eat at in Harlow such as the Indian moments or Moonlight therefore I'd recommend you order/eat at these establishments instead.
Waited 2 hours for our meal. Food arrived barely warm and very bland. Strangest passanda I've ever tasted. In the 2 hours we waited for our meal in the restaurant we saw what felt like 100 takeaways being brought through for delivery drivers. They need to decide if they want a restaurant or a takeaway business because they can't cope with both.
Not very good service, the waitors looked like they were in a bad mood & they kept coming over & we felt tht they wanted us 2 leave, the food was tasteless. The poppadoms werent free they were added on2 the bill. The music they were playing was old. We wont be going again & the worst thing was we werent allowed doggy bags.
Visited for NYE. Food was ok.. staff seemed to struggle to keep cart replenished. Price for buffet meals £35 popodums not included in this price... Were not crispy as you would expect bordering stale. Staff busy with takeaways via telephone whilst trying to get served for drinks which meant waiting during my order ...on leaving was followed out by presumed manager asking had we pd our drinks bill.. of which were ordered and pd for in-between takeaway orders!. Wouldn't rush back definitely wouldn't repeat NYE
Food here is lovely, best curry in town. Fairly priced, most of the servers are lovely. 1 seems to be constantly grumpy but we are used to him now!
Website says they are delivering, l spent £30 they took the money from my account, no delivery was made waited an hour called over 20 times, then drove down there to find the restaurant closed. Why take money from people if your not open its terrible service
