Brilliant pub food at a good price. Starter of Brie dippers were phenomenal and for mains we had Surf & Turf, fish & chips and scampi & chips. They all came out piping hot and very delicious/ fresh. Staff were accommodating and friendly, can’t wait to return.
Really loved it here the vibe the staff and the food was amazing. Very impressed. One I will make habit coming to already telling friends family. Was advised to book table as get busy I can see why . There Christmas decorations was really lovely . They also do music etc here so all rounded pub . Fabulous recommended.
If The Bull in Ambridge suddenly sprung into reality it would likely be very similar to The Piercefield. I half expected Charlene to be behind the bar. The service was good and the steak was cooked perfectly. They are improving the interior. I wish them well with their endeavours.
Really surprised how spacious this place was, loads of garden and inside seating. The staff were chatty and cheerful... The tables needed a better clean down... but generally OK. The food was very good, small portions but cheap.. so it was good. Well worth a visit.
We are staying the night in our Motorhome, the host and the staff have been outstanding and the service was excellent. We have just enjoyed a wonderful evening meal of the mega mixed grill and the delicious southern fried chicken burger, both meals were excellent. We will certainly recommend to family and friends and will definitely be returning with the added bonus of the venue being dog friendly with their own dedicated area. Thank you
My spouse and I went for their Thursday steak night. I am Canadian and have been looking for a decent steak where they actually put seasoning on the steak so you don't need a sauce to add flavor. The Piercefield nailed it! Good size sirloin and it was seasoned perfectly. We will be back to try some more delicious dishes. Service was also great.
We had our family Christmas meal here today and had a wonderful time! Staff were all super friendly and the food was amazing! Great value for money. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much!
We had lovely tasty perfectly cooked meals last week on our first visit to The Piercefield St Arvans for quite some time. Please give it a go as the owners have turned it around and offer a friendly welcome with value for money well cooked food with plenty of choice including a daily specials board.
Came here last week with 2 friends, I had Surf & Turf & then Red Velvet Cheesecake, all I can say is wow, generous portions. Lovely waitress & excellent service. We will be back.
Worst Sunday lunch ever, gravy was so thick it was like glue, bisto. .roast pots were done in chip pan, deserts were awful microwaved jam sponge,service was appalling had to wait for menus at least 30 mins had to ask for jug water, teaspoon + soupspoon for deserts bad attention to customers, had to wait for this rubbish.So poor will never go back.
