I placed an order online for a Raspberry Pi Zero. The item was never shipped and no tracking was ever provided. I contacted Pi Hut several times and they said they didn't have tracking. Now they tell me 6 months later I am screwed and they stole my money. I am not going to get my device after waiting 6 months!!! What a huge disappointment. Make sure to order form a more reliable source. Do NOT expect them to take care of you when you never receive your item or tracking. I have receipt and proof of payment through Paypal but their support could care less. The most disappointing fact is waiting this long to receive it, only to be stolen from.

Two last orders were both "automatically cancelled". I have an account and I ordered 9 times from them in total amount 600 GBP. Everything was great until Jan 31, 2018 when they canceled my order. They ask me to order again, but canceled my order again! Both orders were exact the same as I did on December and November 2017. So I am not a "new customer" or "customer with a strange order" that might result as a potentially fraudulent order as they said. I hope other complaints will make them think how to improve their customer relationship. Customer focus should be a way to go. A month ago I would give 5 stars, but currently it is only one. Not zero but one which stands for "a hope".

Excellent (i.e. world class) service and support, IMHO. The rapid response to my request after order fulfillment was unexpectedly fast considering time zone latency. Being used to the standards set by the "big gorilla" in our neck of the woods, it was comforting to experience similar attributes for shipments across the pond by the "not so little" guys in Raspberry Pi Land.

Bought a Pi Zero W and it arrived poorly packaged and damaged either in transit or from the factory. I contacted their non telephone support team who issued me a returns number and asked that I send it back which I did. I left it a month and received no further contact from them including either a replacement Pi or a refund. Contacted their support team again and I was told to wait for a unspecified period of time.... just fobbing me off. So I have paid for something I do not have and have not received a refund. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so at least I can open a claim for a refund. It's a shame they treat their customers so poorly.

The 5 comes for the after sales service, handled by Danny Freeman In my 10 items order the was the wrong version for one of them. After reporting, in less than 15 min I was offered to send it back for refund or exchange. I asked to pay for tech one I got while them sending the right version (we exchanged more than 10 emails en one hour). After some tricks I got my request satisfied and my item at home. All the items worked properly.
