All ways shop local if I can exalant service if it's not in stock will get it for you next day delivery or pick up from store great store.
It is a real pleasure to do business with people that is this friendly and helpful, even the delivery drivers are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to shop or rent from here. You could probably get some stuff cheaper on line but I would rather pay a bit more and get good customer service. This was not just a one off good experience but this is the kind of service that I got over the last 10 years.
We went in to ask a technical question and the guys could not have been more helpful, all knew what they were talking about and able to provide an answer. It’s great to see people so enthusiastic. We will be using them for any future purchases. Thank you.
I have had excellent customer service from David, nothing has been too much trouble with any queries that I have had regarding my laptop etc. he has dealt with these straight away.He is polite and friendly.Other members of staff are as the same. I certainly would recommend anyone to shop at this local store and I have done so to friends and family. Highly recommended.
Excellent service from Branch manager Sam. I wasn't pushed in to buying anything I didn't want. He gave me several prices on several items and let me go away and come back a few times whilst I made my mind up. Hughes matched the price of John Lewis whilst also offering the personal care of a local company. Thanks very much.
