I had suffered 2 near sleepless nights having tweaked something in my lower back (or upper bum to be more precise!). I phoned the Physio Clinic the following morning and got an immediate appointment. I was given a thorough checkover and some work was done on the affected region. That, coupled with some stretching exercises solved the problem immediately

Due to an issue with my back I went to the clinic for help. I had 5 sessions with Nikki, after which she passed me on to Jodie for Sports Massage. Both have worked wonders with my back,giving me movement I never new I had. I have continued with the Sports Massage and would recommend it to anyone no matter what your sport or level at which you compete. Despite Jodie moving on, Hannah has joined the clinic and continues to provide an excellent service. Highly recommend the Sport Massage .

Endured a shoulder injury of which I was completely uncertain what the problem was. Within 15 minutes of my appointment the issue was identified and the the specialist provided an explanation and more importantly, excellent treatment. I was able to complete my exam the following day without the pain I was fearful of enduring, and within a week the pain has already began to reduce significantly. Excellent service in every aspect.

Absolutely outstanding clinic. I can't speak highly enough about everyone there. Matt delivers an excellent sports massage. He worked complete miracles on my tired and aching legs, and I'm finding myself able to move more freely, run much faster and with far less twinges. I'm already looking forward to my next massage before the Half Marathon next weekend, and know that I'll be race ready! Honestly - do yourself a favour and get on down to see these guys. You won't be disappointed. Fabulous service - reasonably priced, friendly and professional. You couldn't ask for more! Thanks guys - keep up the good work! All the Best, Christine
