I had a torn upper quad due to playing football. Elise was fantastic and I made a full recovery. It wasn’t just a brief intro of the issue and some provided exercises within 10mins like some physios. - Tests were run to measure strength in both legs, this was repeated throughout - Exercises were done to measure where the injury was located, how bad the injury was and an explanation of how it may have happened. - Carefully thought out plan to bring back to full recovery Highly recommend, and will definitely be coming back no doubt I’ll be injured again! I have had treatment from Becky for both a torn calf and ACJ injury as well as a body MOT to try and fix some imbalances, and the service has been second to none. From the first session right through to being back to full fitness Becky kept me informed of my injury, the time frame and how and when we would change the rehab plan. I would highly recommend both Becky and the practice to anyone.
I went to Becky Belbin with a meniscus tear in my knee, she was fantastic at working out the problem and giving me increasingly hard exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee and thus avoid surgery. I feel stronger and more confident in what I can now do sports-wise and knowledgeable in how to look after and protect me knee joint. My teenage son also went to see her with a rugby neck/shoulder injury and again, Becky was brilliant at sorting him out and getting him back on the pitch. Highly recommended, friendly staff, easy to book online and can park outside!
Becky and Elise are both amazing and welcoming, they have helped me with all the niggles and injuries I have. The membership option they provide is great value and allows me to keep on top of injuries and prevent and further injuries from happening. Couldn’t recommend the membership anymore to people wanting to stay on top of their health.
Elise has been incredible, super friendly and managed to sort my shin splints which I've had for over 10 years! He also gave advice on other aches and pains which have since resolved. Wouldn't go anywhere else, highly recommended and very professional will definitely be back here for any future problems!
Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. Booking an appointment was seamless, the clinic is easy to find, the ladies that work there are incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience great. Elise is fantastic she has really helped me with a shoulder injury I had for months and months before I came to see her. Would highly recommend this clinic and the service.
I would give 10 stars if I could! A few months ago I could barely stand up or walk because of a slipped disc & today I did a triathlon - all because of Becky’s expert, responsive and careful treatment & encouragement. I genuinely can’t believe how different I feel - I’m not in pain anymore & I can sleep and move better which makes my life so much happier. I can’t credit her enough.
I had a fantastic experience with Jordan, it was my first ever sports massage and so I was a little nervous for what I had in store. However, Jordan listened carefully to what I was having issues with and tended to those issues for the entirety of the session. It did me a world of good being in his hands, and definitely helped prevent any further injuries down the line. Thank you Jordan!
Becky and Elise are a great team and professional outfit. Elise has prevented a calf problem from getting worse through massage, and diagnosed a number of imbalances for me to work on. I’ve got exercises to work on using their rehab app
I came in with Runner’s knee asking for help just 6 weeks before the Bristol Half. I just wanted to express my wholehearted gratitude to Becky, who not only helped me to remedy my knee, but her treatment helped me complete the half marathon in a sub 2hr time! So BIG THANK YOU. I will rest knowing that you are spreading your expert magic to the community.
