I went into this store today to get a gift for my mum a perfume that I know she like I was looking and find it next minute I can here a staff member saying can I help you thinking she was meaning it to me I turn around side yes then she side well I was asking the women behide you she mist thoght he in his 20s and is a guy so he won't be baying I walk out the shop went to boots got the perfume for my mum so perfume shop Inverness you lose out on a £40 sale all because of you thoght I was not going to bay and the women behide me was going to bay

I have purchased products at the Inverness branch on two occasions; this will be the last time.  I’ve found staff to be haughty and cliquey.  Both times, I got bombarded with deals and extras when I expressed an interest in a particular product. I clearly stated that I wasn’t interested in other promotions, only to find that staff persisted in offering deals.  When staff members finally got the message they  resorted to stroppiness and petulance.
This is customer service at its worst.  Charmless, grasping and downright ignorant.  Finally when a man buys perfume for his wife/girlfriend don’t treat him like an idiot as this reflects badly on  company training and life experiences of individual staff members.
