This place is terrible, orderd a Sandwich at work like most Mornings, I asked for Well Done Bacon, No Fat. well Done Sos, Cheese On Toast Brown Sauce. 

It was Toast, Looked like someone had held I under a lighter for 2 seconds & the bacon!! It looked as pale as when its raw, all the dirty fat still on the Side, where's well done come into it?

And sauce, I always get brown sauce, but this Sandwich came as dry as the hard bread it was on!!

Ordered a sandwich from work last week which came with butter on although I had requested no butter and it was written on bag! Opened sandwich up to try and scrape butter off and there was a black hair in it! Subsequently I had no lunch, rang them up and and they said they would refund money today, which again I had to ring and request! No appology has been offered, will mot eat from here again very poor customer service!
