I've been using them years, always friendly, not let me down.

|TLDR: messed up our collection date for wedding tablecloths, gave us one the wrong size, were rude and unapologetic, gave back less money than stated and returned deposit late.| We ordered tablecloths for our wedding and later called and requested early collection, but arrived and were told no early collection had been arranged. We assume the woman we spoke to never recorded the change. The lady at the shop refused to accept it was their mistake, was unfriendly and offered no apology or sympathy. As we were setting up the venue the next day this caused me an extra four hour round trip and both of us plenty of extra stress.

We then found that one tablecloth was too small (118” vs 130”), not a huge issue but not what we paid for on our wedding day, and after the wedding when I complained the same lady offered no apology/sympathy (just a defensive explanation of what must have happened), and challenged why we hadn’t sorted it out before using the tablecloth – could it have been the lost day and imminent wedding? I was eventually told we would just have to pay the (very slightly lesser) price of a 118" for the wrongly-sized 118", but I disagreed that was reasonable and was told I’d be called back. I never was, so the next day I called them and was told by a different lady we would now not have to pay for the wrongly sized table cloth, and was finally offered a tepid apology.

Turns out they decided to just refund half the price of a 130” for the wrongly-sized 118", and only paid the deposit back after 10 days, not 7 as stated, but I couldn’t be bothered doing battle again. Yes mistakes happen, although for a professional business there were really quite a lot here, but it was how poorly and rudely they were dealt with that was really frustrating, and means we would never recommend them to anyone. Some customer service training might be a solid investment.

Horrible customer service. Need my suit on Sunday for marriage told me to collect to Saturday after 10 but didn't tell me they close 1 pm. Got there 1.30 found them close. Can't tell how i feel. If I got authorities should close there business. They ruined my day.
