The best service I have received from a restaurant in the U.K.  The food was good too.  The servers were very nice and made sure we were happy.  I recommend this place to anyone who wants a good dining experience and excellent customer service.  Very pleased. Would definitely going here!

Absolutely delightful meal at the pasta factory. It was my first visit the pasta factory and it felt like I had been transported to Italy. The decor and feel of the place is wonderful and the food is even better. It was a difficult choice to pick what I wanted to eat because everything sounded scrumptious.

Wonderful restaurant. Not only the best pasta in Manchester but went out of their way to arrange a special delivery for a birthday celebration! Top notch

We came for dinner on a Wednesday and it was lovely to see it so busy! We had the kindest waiter who was so funny and welcoming, everywhere felt really safe and secure and of course the food was amazing! : Can't wait to come back!

Been a few times service is excellent never feel rushed but very well looked after.. food is great with generous portions had 3 courses the desert special was amazing... and the house beer very good .. went home very full and very happy.. cant wait to go again ..
