Really good food, great selection on the menu at affordable prices, generous portions, friendly staff and quick service. Located just across the road from the lovely Alwyne Castle pub. Four of us ate lunch with drinks and the bill came to £34. Will definitely go back and try other foods on the menu. My son’s loved the pancakes.
The food was tasty and friendly staffs Just the bacons were quite hard to chew But overall, good environment and reasonable price
I usually go to the Caffe because I work round the corner they do lovely Jack potato, but this time around I want back the service was terrible. The woman don’t understand nothing you say to her she talk to you with an attitude she charged me extra ,I ordered egg sandwich and another sandwich with hash brown and it was the same price, barely any eggs in it I think that woman needs customer communication skills I will not be going back there. Very disappointed. I really did like that Caffe, but the stuff they using at the moment need to upgrade. When I asked her, why is a little bit eggs in there, she replied with an attitude it’s only one egg that’s not the way to talk to customers. She’s acting like she’s giving me a steak or free sandwich.
The food was very well priced, filling and tasty although nothing special if I‘m being fair. The crepes were huge and a really good dessert choice! Great for a quick morning stop - but no wow factor to keep me going back again and again.
Measly portion of beans, eggs still raw on the top, whole meal served warm. Dirty grill left grey black residue on the eggs Don’t know if it was too early in the day but the meal had clearly been rushed. Staff didn’t really want to hear it.
We had an English breakfast and pancakes, they were absolutely delicious! The service was fast and super friendly! The place isn't big, but very cozy and cute. We'll definitely go back more times.
Really lovely baquette and breakfast. The coffee is nothing short of divine. It was almost empty on Friday morning, which was unexpected - then again the location is not that central, so it's definitely one of the jewels you'd wish to travel to. I can only recommend.
I ordered the eggs and avocado with a latte. The latte was lovely. Unfortunately the poached eggs were terrible and not fresh at all! The first picture is what I ordered their own photo the second one is what I got. The eggs were definitely old and did not hold together at all. They were also covered in a spice possible chilli powder I then informed the staff I would not be paying for this after trying to get their attention previously. At the till they spoke in their own language and were rude after I had complained about the eggs. Coffee was lovely but will definitely not be going back for food.
Delicious eggs and avocado, the sun-dried tomatoes have it a great flavour. The back room is bright and airy, perfect for a weekend brunch. Excellent service too, even got a complimentary biscuit with the coffee.
Ahhhh what a mess! Chaotic brunch service. Waited 50 mins for brunch. Chairs and tables stacked with dirty plates. When food arrived orders were wrong but we’d been waiting so long by that point we just had wanted to get out. No communication prior or during service about issues, when we asked about how long our food would take she said I’ll go and check then disappeared. Can appreciate things not going according to plan in service but communication with us was so poor! Avoid
