Big fan, Salt & Pepper chips are on point. Sweet & Sour chicken is crispiest I've ever had, it just makes it! Hot & Spicy sauce is a new one to me and its lovely! Wish I could eat this everyday lolFood: 5/5
orderd here got egg fried rice and see weed and sweet and sour chicken ball after an hour eating that I was violently puking and had bad stomach cramps headaches and diareaha and was nausea for 4 days straight I use to order here all the time only got stomach cramps but I draw the line now its way too oily the satay sauce has got 3cm of oil on top and tasted bad and chunky amd so oily I ordered prawn crackers they didn't arrive the fust time but the time I finished eating they just came and I was vomiting and feverish and had bad stool 1/10 it's not good be careful what you order check if it's cooked properly and sometimes it contains msg please be carefull!!!!!!
Ordered a meal and 2 hours after consuming some of the food we both became violently ill, despite no other food being consumed that day the takeaway denied any responsibility and refused to investigate the matter to ensure others did not suffer the same effects and denied any refund. The uneaten food is now going to be sent for testing. My advice be wary of ordering from here

So I always order from you tonight the duck full of bones and grizzle rang up and the service was amazing offered to replace or refunded we took the refund they sent a driver with the money and to collect the duck . I will not stop ordering from because of the way you handled tonight I have never had a bad meal from you before food has always been truly amazing . Thank you for your amazing customer service your kindness and your understanding. Plus the driver you sent what an amazing man
Haven't been for a couple of months and was really looking forward to it as I've enjoyed their food in the past. Was disappointed though. Had the House Chow Mein, no beef, one piece of green pepper and broccoli. It was very gloupy, yet its states on the menu, with sauce/gravy. I feel as if it was made hours ago in a huge Wok and dished out when needed. Also had Cantonese Ribs as it also stated it was a favourite recommendation, the sauce on this was very thick and glossy too. Not happy, sorry Oriental Pearl, I will find somewhere else from now on. Delivery predicted 1.75 hours. They came to deliver just before that time but we didn't here anyone knock or door bell despite doors ajar and getting up to look regularly. Rang, but left no message and went back with food. We rang them to see where food was and they said they'd have to re-do food. It arrived only 10 minutes later and was cold...clearly not re-done! They wanted to charge for another delivery. Food tasteless and very disappointing although on this occasion correct. I don't know why I was talked into it as this is the norm from them. Last chance. We won't be ordering food from here again.
We had a takeaway from Oriental Pearl Thursday evening we had special fried rice, beef, curry and chips. The curry was disgusting. It was gloopy turn the carton upside down and it stayed in there presume it was yesterdays reheated won’t be going there again so please stop sending us texts stay away save your money go elsewhere. There’s plenty of a Chinese is in Kidsgrove and the food hygiene rating isn’t great if that’s true, it could be lower
Have ordered from here for year, last 3 or 4 deliveries have been poor. Prices increased fully understand this, no free prawn crackers anymore penny pinching. One of my orders in BBQ sauce was coloured water sent it back, gave them benefit of doubt and ordered two things, only got 1, that takes some doing. they need to sort themselves out as the reviews on here are getting worse. won't use them again.
Delivery time shocking waited almost 2 hours, piss poor excuses when called to find out why the long delay, will not have my custom ever againFood: 1/5
