A friendly gym with all sorts of training equipment and good instruction in varying types of programmes. Its cheap too starting at just £20 per month for unlimited use with no contracts or hidden fees. Just train as much as you like. Things there include Trx suspension trainers, kettlebells, medicine balls, all c.v equipment including a hand bike, resistance bands, power cage and plenty of weights/resistance machines, power bags, swiss balls, gymnastic rings, pads and punch bags.
