Food was burnt and response from owner was "sorry u don't like it", forgive me for not like eating burnt food. Ordered a parmo and the cheese was way too burnt, see photo. And there was a piece of wraping paper underneath got too soggy and melted onto the chicken.. couldn't eat that so had to give up some part. A little disappointed cause we use this takeaway fairly often before this.

This is my second review. Once again I would like to say just how much I enjoy this takeout. The food was delicious, the staff courteous and the grill chef chap with beard sorry I don't know his name has once more surpassed my expectations and provided a most satisfying meal. Well done everyone. I can't recommend this place more.

I used to live in Aycliffe and Olive Garden was our go-to takeaway. I have since moved away but was driving through today and stopped for a takeaway based on the half decent reviews. The pizza was burnt and far too crispy. The worst part was the cheesy chips, they tasted overwhelmingly of chicken. As a vegetarian, this isn't really ideal. Why are you frying chips with your meat to the point the chips actually taste like fried chicken?

My order came to £36 not cheap we got a pizza 2x chips and 2x chicken kebabs with salad the chicken was nice the pizza ok but the chips were rock hard a couldn’t even eat them when a dipped them in the garlic and the salad looked and tasted like it had already seen a couple of birthdays they were not fresh probably made up Saturday night and re-used Sunday. Then when a rang to complain I was offered 20% off my next order as if I rang for the discount and not to complain about my ruined meal. I order from here about once a week and i actually travel here I live to far away for a delivery but that’s me tapping out a won’t be back poor food and poor customer service such a shame it used to be really nice.

I recently ordered takeout from a local restaurant, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was not only delicious but also arrived promptly and well-packaged, maintaining its freshness.  However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by a girl named Ruby. From the moment I placed my order to the delivery, Ruby demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and friendliness. She took the time to ensure my order was accurate, addressed any questions I had .  What impressed me most was Ruby's genuine enthusiasm and warmth. She seemed genuinely invested in ensuring my satisfaction, making the entire experience more enjoyable. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellent service left a lasting impression, making me eager to order from this establishment again.  In an industry where customer service can make or break an experience, Ruby's dedication sets a high standard. Her outstanding service, combined with the delectable food, made this takeaway experience one to remember.

Got a mini kabab and Donner wrap for delivery chips were stone cold and not cooked and mini kabab had salad on after saying I did not want salad they said I had to pay to get the salad off. New one was sent out but never said I had to pay for no salad when ordering.then when it came I got given this as saladFood: 1/5

Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Waiting time wasn't too long. Both pizzas were very good.Food: 5/5

Ordered with a delivery time of 19.20 arrived 19.00. John the delivery driver was lovely to talk to. Food was hot, no doubting fresh. Never a bad takeaway from here!Food: 5/5

Food is gorgeous , but we waited 2:5 hours for the past two orders we have placed here . Such a shame as the food really in lovely , but the wait is such a deterrent from us ordering again .

Ordered 3 pizzas and a doner kebab. Loved my pizza, good amount of toppings and a good ratio of cheese to base. Everyone else agreed. Great service too on an extremely busy evening.Food: 5/5
