This is meant to be a lasagna absolutely disgusting burnt and rock hard I wouldn’t give it to my dog
Really disappointed after our visit last night, the place has changed hands, £8 for a shawarma wrap meal - wrap was no bigger than my hand and had a few little bits of chicken in - nothing else £8??? Chicken pitta was nice but still could have had abit more than a few strips of lettuce. £40 later and dis-satisfied! Way to expensive for what you get.
I ordered a mega bucket a bit pricey. I normally love their chicken. But last time we had one was about a yr ago, it didn't taste the same. Tried again today chicken was very dry. And supplied with the wrong flavour of soft drink. Waited just over the hr which is understandable with the situation we are all in. Won't be going back there again. Disappointed
Ordered a boneless family bucket, coleslaw, onion rings and salad for 3 of us. Well what can I say....... wow it was lovely, the best takeaway I've had in a long time. Well done Cibo!!!!!!
Went in last night, only other customers there was a couple who'd ordered & were waiting to collect their meal. There were 3 female staff and not one of them acknowledged me in any way whatsoever. They took 4 phone calls whilst I stood there being ignored. I walked out - in disgust. A big training issue from a customer service point of view !!!
Went to collect my order, paid, then watched the chef eating and licking his fingers while preparing the food without washing his hands in between. Absolutely vile. It's disgusting enough but mate we are in a PANDEMIC!! Demanded a refund, sould be ashamed.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. A sloppy mess of a tower burger. The bun fell apart there was so much grease in it. It consisted of 3 pieces of chicken stacked in a bun 1 breast fillet and two strips the breast fillet was pink and uncooked and the stripes were hard and burnt. Not impressed at all. Complete waste of 15 quid
Never had a bad Meal from this place, The tower meal is the one to go for possibly add hash brown to menu like competitors the meals are pretty well priced, shop always looks very clean and organised and the staff are always helpful.
I do like the food and it is usually cooked really well, a little short on the salad when you ask for Mayo and Salad on the chicken wrap but apart from that not a bad meal.
Usually i have had a good experience with this place it’s usually amazing after loads of other take away place we had stopped going to because they were absolutely disgusting and we have ordered from cibos every time we want a take away but tonight was absolutely disgusting I had gotten raw onion rings some of my chicken was pink wnd another piece was black in side and when I phone up to complain and ask for refund she apologies and said no to the refund and got extremely rude about it didn’t offer us any thing else nothing so we wasted our money on their services to be treated like that I will not be ordering from this place again they need to work on how they treat their customers
