Dysfunctional and disorganised. Really not happy with the level service. I was warned not to register here when I moved to the area as I was told they weren't very patient friendly. Yet I saw the good reviews on their website so ignored the local advice. I wish I hadn't... I have been given the wrong details or items needed on more than one occasion and they are still not being helpful with trying to correct it! They seem to enjoy being difficult and putting obstacles in your way over simple things they should be getting right! This is basics, appointments, samples, recording data and booking important hospital appointments. Shocking! Looking for a new doctors as I type.

I battle with depression and anxiety. I was suicidal and couldn't ring for help so waited till my mum got home from work. She rang them for me and the receptionist huffed and said "and she couldn't ring us earlier?". We got told a doctor would ring us after closing. They rang then hung up after my mum answered the phone. Absolutely disgusting.

They made a mistake with medication but did rectify it. My wife chased her prescription for a week, finally got through and then was told she had to come in in person. Came in in person and at the reception was told straight away "OK, our fault we'll order it for you"! Why did she have to come in. Anyway her Meds were then 2 days late at the pharmacist because of having to wait 48 hours for it to go through. Then when opening her prescription the wrong prescription has been sent from the doctors! She has now been off her depression meds for 4 days and it is causing a serious health risk. This surgery needs sorting out or shutting down. UPDATE they have now sorted this out (and I've upgraded the review from 1 to 3 stars). As there was an initial mix up with medication I am still worried about the clinic but they have solved my problem.

Fantastic front desk team, and very caring Doctors. I have been fully supported through my continuing medical issues, and cannot praise the surgery more. I do feel the NHS EPS service lets down an otherwise 100% fantastic surgery, and it should be stressed that this is no fault of the Surgery, staff, or anyone within. The TMS (Transactional Messaging Service) which is the spine of the NHS's EPS system has constant issues. Reports are available online from NHS Digital. As an IT Manager, no it is not an easy fix, and the system is a work of art. Like art, it is sensitive.
