Terrible Sirvice from the receptionist contacted regarding my son‘s blood test result as gp tried to call me twice. She just told we sit and wait. They can call you back. She had no idea what she was talking about. She don’t understand Parents could be worried I requested can you link my son‘s account to NHS App? She said no you have to do it. I say it said you need to contact the GP surgery she said no there is nothing I can do terrible terrible service from receptionist.i called it today 15:07
I can't think of any negative points about this doctors surgery always helpful appointment available .the Doctors I have seen spend time with you never felt rushed great service .it's sad how many appointment are wasted by people not letting the surgery know it easy to ring and cancel if you don't need to keep your appointment
I have had to visit Northfield Medical Centre several times over the past few weeks and wish to share some positive feedback. All of the doctors I have seen have been very efficient & supported me with care and compassion. They have enabled me to get a diagnosis quickly and given me information and advice to help me.
Over 40 years plus of using this surgery I have never had need to make any critical observation.nMy last visit relating to oedema was dealt with by Doctor Kuchadia and a trainee Doctor.nAs a result of a tablet change and a contribution by self of losing weight I have noticed a positive and rapid improvement and wish that my response be passed on to those concerned. Being ex R.N. Doctor Jones and his staff run a tight ship.nDavid Looker
Voted Top 20 in Leicester and Leicestershire for quality of service. An excellent achievement of which all staff at the Northfield Medical Centre should be very proud.
