Good but very expensive the main top people telling them to charge expensive prices I have the pet plan still. With  them  but my main vet is vets to one at crimpelstone  near downham market very good and a alot cheaper more satisfying the old golf house wanted £2'200 for my dogs broken rear leg vets to one £750 total cost with overnight stay Mr CLIVE DOY Brandon xx

Have used their services for 15 years with various animals over the years and have never had a bad moment.  Took my two cats in for their first adult boosters and Roy, their vet, was lovely. Happy for them to roam his room while the other was being looked at, neither cat even seemed to notice their injection. He didn't bat an eyelid that they'd been to another vet.  Perfect service :

They are really nice and try to get you in same day, especially emergencies they work really hard to get your beloved pet in. I've been going here since I got my kitten in early 2018. While my cat won't miss the vets and needles and the one surgery, you know THAT ONE  he will miss the ladies at the front desk.

We’ve visited the Thetford branch a couple of times now, the vets and veterinary nurses have been friendly and helpful on both occasions.  Our two cats get very stressed during any trips in car, but as soon as they were let out of their carrier’s the vet we saw was quick to put them at ease and made the whole experience much less stressful for both the cats and ourselves!

As a family we recently had to have our beautiful dog Skye put to sleep.. Skye was a special girl.. she was like a therapy dog, for my grandson. Who suffers from very bad mental health.. the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful an understanding . We were treated soo well. From start to finish.. would highly recommend this vet surgery..

Very happy with the service our fur babies have received. Jake is a compassionate vet who always done his best for our babies. Just seen him with our cat Steve,  he was very caring and gentle with him and happy to explain things to me in simple terms that I would understand. Couldn't recommend Jake and old golfhouse highly enough.

Having just moved to the area my two nervous dogs had their first visit to the vets this morning. The reception staff made us all welcome and were so caring, helpful and professional as was our Vet Jake who took his time to relax both my nervous dogs. I highly recommend the Old Golfhouse.

Lovely! Reception lady was absolutely lovely and super helpful when I called to book my new kittens in for their first check. Service received on their visit was wonderful and my kittens came back to see me happier than when they left the house... They now like me more because I don't have the vaccinations  only 4 stars as I haven't seen them enough to know for sure if 5 are more appropriate but will update when we have been a few more times.

These guys have always been great with our rescued older boy, Larry. He was diagnosed with arthritis yesterday and Trish was particularly helpful with booking him into an emergency appointment. Thank you!

This is by far the worst vets in Thetford. My best advice - run away while you can and look for another one in the area there are some really good ones around. These guys over charge for injections and miss sell something called a healthy pet club and put profit above animal safety - avoid at all costs - would give minus stars if I could !!
