Cozy place off the main drag. We were able to get in quick without a reservation but I definitely advise to make one! They were busy as heck for dinner. I had the Greek salad and obi burger. Their menu seemed small compared to what i saw online. I definitely enjoyed the Greek salad no doubt about that. The obi burger was pretty good. The only thing was I didn't realize it didn't come with cheese so I would have added it. Overall would recommend and come again.
The food is absolutely exquisite. Best steak I’ve had in a while. Great drinks. The atmosphere is cozy and nice. A super busy place so I highly recommend reservations. Staff can be a little more attentive but overall, amazing experience. It was worth the wait!
Pleasant environment. Would love to come back for a show or a folk session. Our favorite of the meals we ordered was the charcuterie. Definitely a must order. The burger was also very good with a thick patty. The black pepper tofu dish had good flavor but the tofu did not and was dry. The falafel wrap was small and had something in it that was sweet, which was not what we were looking for. The service was good.
This is one of the best spots in the Highlands, and as such, I recommend booking early! My partner and I were lucky to snag a 20:30 Friday reservation and were accommodated 15 minutes early.nnThe food has never disappointed me here, including my last visit. I ordered the venison carpaccio to start, followed by the special: braised beef cheek in a red wine au jus. Absolutely excellent, especially the latter. The meat was some of the most tender and flavourful I've ever had.nnMy partner raved about the spicy garlic prawns starter and cod fillet with chorizo and a butter bean cassoulet main.nnI finished with a frangipane for dessert. Each bite seemed to instantly dissolve in my mouth. It was incredible.nnCan't wait for the next visit!
Our group of six adults on holiday had the best dining experience at The Old Bridge Inn. We were starting to get hungry after a hike with the Cairngorm Reindeer Herd and then a walk through Loch an Eilein, so we stopped by earlier than our reservations. The kitchen was closed until 5pm, so we all ordered drinks from the bar awesome service and then wandered across the street to sit in their covered beer garden. We were seated promptly when they opened and the food and service didn't disappoint. Highly recommend stopping here!
