I ordered a haddock fish and chips and it was nice! The food came out relatively quick and the serving size was huge. Tartar sauce quantity for the amount of fish was a tiny downside but other than that, a great little establishment in the town you could go to when passing through.
Very good fish and chips. 1 portion is £11.95 with chips, we shared 2 portions among 3 people as the size was quite substantial and we weren’t too hungry. Weren’t too greasy, there’s self service water and sauces available. Great place for a quick bite!
Man, oh man. Where do I start? Fresh fish, crispy chips or fries, cozy atmosphere, helpful staff, huge portions, rapid service, what else do you need? We're on our road trip, but we've visited the place twice in a row. It's that good! Don't take the word of a tourist. Go and see how many locals frequent the place . Bon appétit!
We had a take away x 2 portions of haddock and chips. Good quality and nice portions. Would’ve given 5 stars but the fish was a bit on the dry side and there was no tartare sauce despite ordering it.
Smiffy's offers delicious, crispy fish and chips with generous portions. The fish is always fresh, and the chips are perfectly cooked. Friendly staff and quick service make it a great spot for a classic meal in Aviemore. Definitely worth a visit!
