Atmosphere and servers were nice, but the roast really wasn't great. The best part was the roast potatoes, but the beef was SO chewy and the swede mash stuff was flavourless. Horseradish sauce was good though. Overall it was OK, but I'm not going back for a roast there any time soon.

Lovely and clean and staff are very friendly. Drinks reasonably priced too.

Still a great place too meet

Great old Cardiff pub full of character and characters. Great pint of Brains Dark at 2 quid a pint. Super food from a limited menu that allows the quality to stay top notch. A totally enjoyable visit and one I will be repeating soon and frequently.

Very good food and beer, especially the pie and domestic Brains stout. A friendly place and even though we were away fans we were treated friendly. A friendly waiter as well.
