I visited this lovely b&b while on a short visit to Wellingborough. The owner is a lovely kind woman who has a wonderful clean and comfortable place. 

Immaculate room, a wonderful host and a superb breakfast. Thank you will be staying here again.

Single night stay. Lovely clean accomodation, great breakfast and host.
Would recommend.

Very nice place very helpful lady (gale) nothing is to much trouble. Great breakfast only 4 star as there is no evening meal. Would highly recommend all the same it's very very clean
