Very disappointed with the service offered by this company.  I have ordered and bought, what I consider to be an expensive piece of furniture "from stock".  Now some 4 weeks later, I am chasing up my order only to be told, "this is the telephone number of the shippers, you can ring them yourself", when I explained about that not being very good service, I was told "my tone of voice is not very helpful".  
I don't consider that very good service, I gave them an order for a stock item that, too be honest, I expected to be delivered within a week.  To now be told I have to expedite my own order with the carrier, I find poor at best.  To rub salt into my wounds, the shipper they use only delivers when he is in my area, "could be up to 10 working days".
Oak furniture warehouse will not be getting my orders for planned further additions to my purchase, thankfully I bought a brand name which I can buy elsewhere, that is exactly what I will be doing.
