We have just left the premier inn here and felt compelled to leave a review. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable-all that is expected of a premier inn. The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming paying attention to my son and daughter and asking them about their Xmas presents and asking about spiderman. They even gave my son a selection pack upon leaving which was such a lovely touch. We had breakfast in the beefeater next door and Sam and Ryan ? were fantastic hosts to us and everybody else in the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and great selection. 5* to everybody. Thank you and we will be back again!
Stayed NYE for a very reasonable price in comparison to other hotels. Lovely staff very friendly and welcoming and our family room was very clean and comfortable with extra towels and pillows already provided with the need to have to ask for them. We would definitely stay here again. Happy New Year to you all at Premier Inn Worcester
Comfortable rooms, welcoming staff and plenty of free parking leave your registration details at reception. Breakfast is an optional extra. Also appreciate how quiet the rooms are for a good night's sleep. All in all basic but all the essentials done well.
A great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast there and couldn't fault it. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Having said that, one tiny negative. The receptionist who booked us in wasn't particularly welcoming/happy. Rooms: Very clean and comfortable as always. Food & drinks: Great service and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend the restaurant.
The staff here is very nice and understanding. The room is very comfortable and clean. Can't say anything bad it's an absolutely great idea to stay here.

Service is very good, members of staff were very welcoming and helpful. I've stayed at a few very expensive hotels where the staff members could learn a lot from staff who worked here.Rooms: 5/5
Premier inn fine,the breakfast is way overpriced for the very poor quality of what you get, undercooked sausages, eggs overcooked and waiting around for food to be replenished! Awful will never eat in a premier inn again,we walked out and never ate it or paid for it! Food & drinks: Breakfast as above absolutely dreadfull!
I stay in a lot of Premier Inns during the week with work and I'm starting to think, is it time to change this decision and look elsewhere. The rooms are clean but very dated. The food last night was appalling. Waited ages for cold food and then had to wait even longer for cutlery. The breakfast is buffet and sits under heat lamps waiting for us to arrive. And don't forget we pay over £19 for that privilege. Only consolation last night was the nice staff who refunded us and provided complimentary drinks, apologising for how we had been treated. It's certainly time I stop using the account and start looking at other options.
My sat nav took me to the wrong place using their published post code. The USB port Inthe room did not work.The web site did not allow me to book table times but gave me an e mail to send my requests. Tha staff were friendly and helpful.The room was the usual tidy and comfortable.Rooms: 4/5
