Excellent service.  Local and convenient we are a London based PLC but were all working from home for a period of time so needed a local Notary.  Additionally, Hesham arranged a courier to ensure the documents reached Dubai on schedule, securing the transaction we were working on.  Would highly recommend and use again.

Definitely had the best experience with the entire team. I arrived at their office really stressful in need of urgent service. Mr Hussain was amazing in giving me great advice and helping me out with some exceptional service. The entire team were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed. The pricing was a surprise as I’ve been charged astonishingly high at other places for the same service. Super grateful for Mr Hussain and his team!!!

What an excellent service level and swift turnaround. I was accepted for a job abroad as a Science teacher in Doha since May 2022 from London.  I had done my research to find a Notary solicitor to certify my formal qualifications from the UK to issue a work visa for Qatar as I was educated in the UK and had my teacher training and experience in London for more than 15 years.  I had a list of solicitors to contact and once I contacted them they said that specifically Notary solicitor has to do it. So my options were limited. Also most of the firms had closed their offices  and they only done this service remotely, which was not a major interest for me. I was recommended to H&S Notary Practice by a local solicitor and they informed me that they have offices open in London, so I could walk in and be assured that I will deal with a person face to face and I would know what was happening each stage of the process. The admin team were  very helpful for the initial advice and were quick to allow me to see the solicitor on the same day so that he can explain the process and what documents I need and the estimated fees. I was very happy that I was dealing with a person face to face and I can walk in anytime and ask about the process. I was given an appointment very quickly with the limited time I had, no questions asked. I met with Mr. Husain  one of the Notary solicitors there with my mum and he checked my documents to make sure they were correct  and stamped them and the process was quickly started. He was helpful and professional in explaining the process to me at each stage. The visa came through quite swiftly after that with no hick ups. I was updated  at each stage by phone and email by legalisation team so I was aware what was happening, so I was not left in the larch. I definitely recommend this firm of solicitors for any Notary service you may especially for aboard as they deal with face to face appointments even to get some guidance from them as they are not hesitant to speak to you. Excellent practice, staffed by sincere, friendly and efficient professionals. Using them for nearly 10 years.

I used this practice for several services over the years for all our family needs such as verifying and accrediting documents to travel abroad amongst other services. I  have never encountered anything but an excellent and highly professional service from  reception to the team dealing with our documents . They were  bang on time with documents, and  communicated with us every step of the way, they were extremely professional and highly sensitive to our deadlines. Their pricing was very competitive too.  I had no hesitation in recommending them to all my friends and family and so in turn  did my friends. In fact plan to use them next week!

the service provided by H&S was great & painless! I was really stressed when I got to their office, the notory public helped me with great patience and clarity. I had two documents produced, the price charged was very competitive. You got a really happy client!

Mr Hussain and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and provide a stress free environment. I have used their services for years now and they are the fastest in town and the price is reasonable. Booking an appointment with them is easy! If you are running out of time and you need an Apostille super fast then look no further than H & S.

Helpful, knowledgeable notary public, far more responsive then others I have tried to contact. Extremely professional and friendly, they will have your work done quickly. The receptionists are lovely and I would highly recommend. They may offer you additional services which you may or may not need. My advice would be to do some research if they offer additional services to see if you want/need it.
