Was referred to Leslie in 2019 her service has been more than appalling and ONLY NOW almost THREE YEARS LATER has she told me she can’t take my case that they haven’t dealt with Legal Aid since 10 years ago which she neglected to mention in 2019!! Now I have to try get a proper solicitor/lawyer!

Do not touch this company as they are not thrustworthy. Lesley will misslead you waiste your money and time.

The lawyer who answered the phone was extremely hostile and unprofessional she lied about the legal process and certain legal rights that she should have been aware of her attitude to our sensitive enquiry was alarming and made us wander why she was in that profession clearly for the money as she demanded £1,000 up front before even knowing what the case was about don't use this law firm you'll be ripped off

Worst experience I’ve ever had I STRONGLY ADVISE you do not use this firm the level of service was disgusting and I’m sad that they can affect families and operate. They misinformed me on legal matters And the lady was extremely hostile and aggressive only demanding money upfront with no real empathy disgusting woman
