Love the quality and variety of the brand, this shop stock many many items. Very helpful staff. Very recommended.

I would have scored them a five if they had stock of even 1 of the three different shoes I wanted. The staff were absolutely spot on and great. Like the other store I was in next to them the vaping in such a small space was debilitating for me. Very sad situation when people are spreading Vape like they did cigarettes 30 years ago... humankind are moving backwards on addiction instead of forwards.

The North Face another superb brand on the High Street if its urban wear your looking for this is the place to go. Its style without the style. you know the North Face brand without bragging about it. top end quality clothing the store is clean and tity well displayed hope the 2 images give you idea how looks. if your in town or visiting Glasgow pop into store check it out. The new T-shirt has Glasgow on it. It's a great idea. The store is very large, and there is a large flow of people in some periods of time. It is recommended not to take off masks in the store, for yourself and for everyone.

Great shop for outdoor clothing and footwear with friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff

I returned my sons clearly faulty jacket. He had only wore once as the feathers where falling out of a hole on the material. It was a perfect small round hole not a rip. I was told very rudely by the manager Lorraine that I would not be getting an exchange as it wasn’t a fault. It was clearly a fault on the material. I called North Face customer service. The call handler said as he bought it only 2 weeks ago and I explained the fault that it was within my rights to have it exchanged. All the unneeded stress and very poor customer service for nothing.

Fantastic team at this store on Saturday, 11th January. We visited when the rain was pouring down and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Even loaned us two umbrellas and we stayed dry on our walk back thanks to this kind gesture. Can’t praise these guys highly enough for their customer service. Marisa and Tony.

Was in the shop in town yesterday to pick up new winter clothing for me and the family and genuinely the best shopping experience I've ever had in the city centre, staff went above and beyond for us could not be any more helpful, will be back again 10/10 for customer service
