Great shop for  outdoor wear but unable to buy shorts any time I've ever been in hence the three stars. Going to give another star because today I was able to buy not one but two pair of shorts keep it coming guys

Had a really great experience at the Glasgow Millets store. Claire and Debbie were absolutely fantastic and helped me adjust and fit my new hiking backpack. They knew there stuff and were super friendly! Highly recommend the store.

I’d popped in for a browse and I received exceptional customer service today. The sales assistant was so helpful, attentive and took her time in explaining the design of a backpack I was interested in.  I really didn’t have a clue about the type of bag I need and how it was supposed to sit in my back and Claire explained everything so nicely.  I felt she was genuinely there to help in finding the right product for me whether I bought it today or not. I’ll definitely be  going back to purchase it.  Excellent store and a very good selection of outdoor gear.  I would absolutely recommend this store.

Great customer service by Claire and Steven. Very helpful in all aspects and friendly and welcoming to anyone that came in. Would shop there again.

Wish I could give no stars. No prices on clothes. Asked 3 times for prices till I was finally given a price for one pair out of the 8 that were missing. Went to purchase  4 items of clothing at the till. 2 of the items I was over charged for. I,e, it was not the price on the label. Spoke to manager Stephen white turned out to be rude and completely useless. Because if his attitude I returned everything I had purchased  front be back in here. Piss poor service. Incorrect pricing

I returned a pair of shoes I had ordered online to this store. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the return hassle-free.

Outstanding staff. Both the young chap and manager could not be more helpful. The selection and pricing were great also.

I have ordered a present for next day delivery. Never arrived. It's been two weeks now. I have tried contacting both the delivery company and Millets with no luck. The worst is that the only person who is proactive is me. I have not received even one word with information about my order without me asking for it...and all I received was allow more time and we will deal with it. Well thank you so much!!! I don't think you value your customers. Truly disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.

Ordered from here twice now, both orders went to dispatched, had confirmation emails and texts, then had to email and call to find out my order had been cancelled for a 2nd time. With family holidays planned, this has ruined any hope of getting away as tent is now out of stock elsewhere, ridiculous customer service! Even the agent in the customer care call centre felt the same way, said the system has been failing that way for as long as he can remember! Infuriating to say the least, hang yer heads in shame
