The most beautiful Hotel, everyone was so welcoming and happy, from the valet parking to reception, restaurant staff and porter. Poppy was AMAZING so professional, kind and made us feel so special from the moment we walked in. Our sea view room was stunning and overlooked the beautiful pool. The bathroom had the wow factor, in fact everything did. The food was gorgeous and service exceptional, thank you to Steven in South Beach and Alex in Harry Rocks. Every inch of the Nici is decorated beautifully and exudes high quality. The outdoor pool is heated in winter and the indoor pool and spa area is gorgeous. The nicest hotel I've stayed in, cannot wait to go back. Thank you for making my birthday special too.
What a perfect start to the festivities yesterday! Once again, I had an amazing lunch with friends. The Nici neve disappoints! Lovely atmosphere, wonderful staff and our waiter for the afternoon, Steve, went above and beyond to make our Sunday dining experience special. Thank you!
Another fantastic visit to The Nici. We love this place. A really wonderful welcome from the lady on reception with a 444 tattoo and a comfortable in-land room room 123. Dinner at South Beach restaurant which was really enjoyable and all the staff were great. Great spread at breakfast too. We look forward to visiting again in future.
Came to The Nici a couple of weeks ago on a lovely sunny day for a girlfriend’s Birthday. We got seated outside for our two course lunch which was included in the spa day we had booked. We had the most fabulous views and enjoyed all of our food and drinks, including the happy birthday dessert which was brought out special for us! Highlight is the outside pool which makes you feel like you could anywhere abroad. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone. The staff made us feel so welcome and really went the extra mile to ensure our visit was memorable. Thanks so much to The Nici Team X
Very cute Miami style hotel, lots of white paint, great pool complex and outdoor eateries. Bedrooms very comfortable. Some bits look a bit dated due to 50 s style, on the whole, not bad. Food excellent as was service.
