Good modern hotel with underground car park.nThey were very good at making up the sofa bed in our bedroom when requested. It was comfortable, although a little softer than the main, excellent, king size bed.nThe paid breakfast was good. Poached eggs cooked to order. The system has changed since my previous visit when you had to pay in advance.nConvenient, as its only a short walk to the beach cliffs and to the town centre down hill!.
It’s a standard Premier Inn, with air-conditioning. Basically it is nice, clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Price is reasonable.nnWe stayed here for 3 nights for leisure. Check-in time starts from 3pm, optional extra £10 for early check-in. Check-out time is 12pm which is great for us. Housekeeping request should be raised to the reception before 12pm. We missed the housekeeping as we are not aware about this arrangement until we asked the reception but it’s too late.nnDepending on what you want, the location of the hotel is not bad. There are some restaurants and a Nisa Local nearby. The pier and the town center are in walking distance. The beach is quite close to the hotel, just walk across the zebra crossing in front of the hotel, walk through a small path to the West Cliff Garden, then go down to the beach through the West Cliff Zip-Zap.nnOverall, for 3-star hotels, this hotel should be one of your choices.
Room was clean and not too far from the lifts. When we asked for fresh towels they came really quick we expected to wait a few hours! The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to bus stops, on top of lots of restaurants & 15min walk to a choice of beaches. Brilliant breakfast chefs Sat & Sun who cooked perfectly to our dietary requirements. There was an issue with the breakfast chef Monday but the manager Saffron deserves 10 out of 10 for her superb customer service, patiently listening and de-escalating the situation, thank you.
We had a wedding in the area and needed somewhere to crash out after and the family room, 2 adults + 2 kids, was a good option.nnThe staff were very helpful late in the evening when we were looking for some hot chocolate for kids before bed.nnThe corridors / rooms were quiet and got a good nights sleep with late check out helping.nnWould stay again for one night.
Great place to stay, closer to beach and some nice restaurants and cafes on walking distance. I would have given 4 star for room service but on last day, housekeeping didn't clean our room and when raise this with staff at reception. They go above and beyond, have to mention Bianca who took that initiative on herself when house keeping let them down.nnThe whole team was amazing but Bianca was exceptional .
