Food is usually fresh and tasty. I used to order from here regularly. Delivery times are usually shockingly long. Waited 3.5 hours in January, and before that in December we waited 2.5 hours. They don't even let you know when you order that it's going to be a massive wait time. And that's weekday delivery times, not busy weekends. If you can't keep up with orders then stop taking them until caught up.

Ordered food online on Saturday 4th Feb at 7pm, paid online. Told it was MAX 50 MIN wait. 8pm still no food. Called to see if there was a problem. Was told by the girl it was a 2 hour wait. Explained it was max 50minutes hence why we ordered. She said "oh we are trying to fix that". We said sorry can we have a refund on that we can't wait anothet hour. 2 to 3 days we will have to wait for the refund! Asked if we can pick it up instead. She then said it will still be another 20 mins at least?! No, just leave it. Sorry but thats not good enough. At least be honest if you're prioritising customers at the door rather than deliveries. 2 hours is far too long.

The person on the phone was cheeky and arrogant to me it took ma time no to curse her out don’t know what her problem was but still am just trying to order ma food

I’ve been ordering from here for a few weeks now. The food has always been delicious and the delivery always reliable, with the drivers being very pleasant! Would and have recommended to others!!

1st time ever ordering for 1 person: Time waited= 1hr 40mins.. 2nd time ordering for 1 man home from wrk hungry: Time WAITING= 2HRS, still not here. Called up, told to wait some more to find out whats happening. Told excuse but assured its left shop, 20mins Iater still not here, I must be the most patient man on earth. Do u think I should tip? I just want to go to bed now its that late! ...35mins now after assured its on its way. Patience just ran right out. They can take it bk IF IT EVER ARRIVES. Nearly 3 hrs gone. Bloody terrible. Just Jumping round corner for pizza now.

Going to this place for years with no issues. Tonight I got chips instead of noodles, which is no issue as easily fixed. The issue is how I was spoken to by a new member of your team, after calling, she said I need to come back to collect, I said no as my dinner will be cold time I get back so you can deliver them, to be told this will be over an hour, I said that’s fine. Delivery is fine and I’ll eat these separate later. Then I was told I need to pay for delivery, I refused this as its not my mistake so why should I need to pay even more for someone’s mistake. She then stated well it’s not the drivers mistake, I agreed but said surely the Takeaway would pay the driver to be told no it’s not their fault either. Asked to speak to a manager or someone else who could actually deal with this to be refused this. She then admitted it was her fault, and that she would pay delivery in a very sarcastic manner, in which I agreed, you can pay. She replied saying I was rude then hung up on me. Even after I come down to speak to the manager, the same member of staff still couldn’t hold back by being cheeky and rude in front of the other staff. I honestly still can’t get over being spoken to like this after coming here for years with no issues. Any problems have always been fixed, but to be spoken down to like this is not acceptable and for her to blow this whole thing out of proportion is crazy. Great takeaway, just need to double check who you employ as additional staff, other lady’s are great.

Shocking customer service. Deliver to you one week and refuse the next. Take your money first though but don't let you know your order is cancelled. Never again.

Food was lovely very nice combination satay now negatives delivery was slow delivery driver was wandering about the flat next door even thogh stated on delivery instructions not in the flat main door so my salt and chilly chips both portions were stone cold but all in all lovely meal would definitely order again just sort out your delivery 55 min from parkhall to faifley it’s a 10 min drive at most

Placed an order at 6.05pm on a sunday night for our daughter's birthdsy treat, got a confirmation at 6.08 that order accepted & delivery time of approx 55 mins. After waiting an hour & 20 mins,phone to chase up, to be told we are next to go when a driver gets back. After waiting another 35 mins, phone again, ask for the manager to be put on to a chinese man who can barely speak a word of english, so got nowhere! Eventually at 8pm, our food arrived, shocking service. The usual lovely competant lady wasnt on tonight, showed big time!! Her replacement was incompetant, inexperienced & not prooerly trained for the job!!! 2 hrs for a meal on a sunday night is unacceptable!! Poor show!!
