The staff were very friendly. Especially the wee older woman at the front desk who took my order. Restaurant was clean and warm. My only gripe was the juice,no full sugar. I will return to restaurant

Customer service rubbish, staff don't care or look interested in serving. Went to drive thru, told I had to go in to order, don't understand how they can't serve you on drive thru but can inside??!!! Got home missing items, not the first time this has happened tried calling but no answer. Expensive enough for what you get without items missing. Only go as my son likes it but Wlwon't be back to takeaway or sit in.

Enjoyed our visit. The outlet was very busy at lunchtime and service was rather slow. Possibly from a shortage of staff on duty. The food was hot and tasty but one of the hot chocolate drinks had to be replaced as it was very watery and not pleasant to drink. It was replaced without hesitation but it took a while to get the replacement. Sufficient tables available. The place was clean and tidy including the toilets. Parking: Plenty of parking and some disabled spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and accessible toilet.

Ordered a Tea and a wrap of the day with no chillisauce ... wow had no milk and no slaw , got one tiny bit of chicken in it that dident fill half the wrap , the girl with the big false eyelashes was as unfriendly as they come , rude will not rush back .

food was freezing cold & came wrong. the food was extremely hard and things were missing, not to mention the extremely poor customer service when calling to ask about the food. the fillet burger i ordered was freezing and created WRONG. had lousy tomato ketchup smeared on it and was extremely disgusting. very poor effort & i am dissatisfied. don't order here, take services elsewhere ! ps, filet burger was extremely revolting, i dont recommend buying.

Size of the burger is tiny compared to the picture, the wrap i orderd had one small bit of chicken and a bit of sauce which was £5, 2 chicken wings fell out of the bag and on to floor i asked staff if they could replace it which they did but the chicken wings that were on the floor went back onto the hot bin for the next customer. I wont be eating there again

Got chicken burger meal chicken was brick hard chips half cooked hard and some were burnt. Place was freezing. Staff looked uninterested,sorry will not be back to that one .Food: 1/5

all staff are very nice and friendly, greet you very politely and approachable. the only let down is the sizes of hot wings they are so small for £1.99 for 2 hot wings. I order twice I thought it's just a bad batch but all of the hot wing is small. may be I try to fry my own hotwings from now on.
